Hat Trick of Awards for
Local House Builder

2015 was an incredible year for Grace Homes.

White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer was named
‘Development of the Year’ at the Worcester Bosch
Eco 2020 award; the same development received
‘Highly Commended’ in the Development of the Year
category at the LABC Warranty ‘Bricks’ awards, and
in November Site Manager, Andy Redgwell, was
highly commended in the ‘Site Manager of the Year’
category at the LABC Building Excellence Awards.

The LABC Warranty Site Manager Awards provide
recognition and reward for site managers who achieve
the highest standards of construction. They are the
industry’s way of showing appreciation for those who
excel at forming positive working relationships and are
able to provide new solutions through their creativity
and vision. These are qualities demonstrated time
and time again by Andy, who has worked for Grace
Homes for over eight years. He was awarded ‘Site
Manager of the Year’ for the Central Region earlier
in the year and faced 15 other finalists in the LABC
Grand Finals. The award was assessed from
3,000 registered sites, and so to be awarded highly
commended in the final really is a great achievement.
