House Singing Competition –
Part Song

Leadership skills are everything
in the frenzied and covert rehearsals behind
the scenes, and fine performances are always
a joy to behold as unified Houses burst onto
the stage. So good is the Part Song Competition
that we are holding just a few tickets in
reserve for the public this year, available from
The Stahl Box Office.

For further excitement, we have secured Joanna
L’Estrange to be our adjudicator, an experienced
legend who has worked with stars from
across the musical spectrum, from contemporary
composers Steve Reich and John Adams
to jazz greats John Dankworth and Dave
Newton to pop legends Sir Paul McCartney.
Joanna is a regular at Abbey Road Studios in
London, recording film soundtracks (130 to
date - recent credits: Spectre and The Hunger
Games) and music for television. Our singing
had better be good!
