The Music Barn Festival returns to Cranford on Saturday 23rd June.  Set in two acres of farmland and centered around two disused agricultural buildings, the site is a unique music venue.

Starting at 2pm and finishing late, this adultonly event has become a highlight of the local music calendar and celebrates many genres, f r o m folk and rock, to dance and electronic music. Northants band ‘The Abrahams’ return for the festival’s fifth birthday, along with singer Josh Wylie and Bedford skiffle band ‘The Ouse Valley Singles Club’.

Funds raised go to local charities, including Cransley Hospice.  Although still quite an intimate gathering the festival gets bigger and bolder each year as word spreads around.  The organisers are passionate about supporting Northamptonshire suppliers.

Locally brewed cider from ‘Eve’s Cider’ and ‘Nobby’s Brewery’ real ales will be available.  Food from local caterers will be served, including Mexican street food from ‘Senora Tacos’ of Burton Latimer and ‘Stanley Street Eats’ plus, for the first time there will be an acoustic tent, with food and drink from Cranford’s ‘The Old Forge Tea Rooms’.
