Victoria Draycott is a Mindfulness and Compassion teacher based in Great Oakley.   Following her personal experiences with anxiety, depression and loneliness, Victoria’s own journey brought her to discover a passion for both wellbeing and helping people.  Her not for profit wellbeing service, Inspiration Den, was launched in April 2018 and mainly operate in Corby and surrounding areas.

Inspiration Den is a place for you to feel empowered, supported and hopeful for the future.  The vision is to improve wellbeing and happiness and reduce loneliness, by promoting the five areas of wellbeing: Being Active, Making Connections, Learning, Noticing and Giving.

Inspiration Den aims to build supportive communities and provide positive experiences.  They organise a variety of events, groups and sessions including Walk and Talk sessions, a weekly Wellbeing Warriors group and monthly workshops on a variety of themes and topics, as well as social events.

The groups are friendly, informal and welcoming to everyone.  They are based around kindness, joy and compassion; peace, wellbeing and happiness, all packaged in a safe and inspiring environment.  All sessions and events are open access, no referrals needed, and often you can just turn up on the day.  Inspiration Den are a friendly and welcoming bunch, with lots of regulars, and always welcome new friends along to join in.
