I have an international background and years of expertise in making preserves of all kinds. I am passionate about food - using the best ingredients available - and I enjoy cooking and
pleasing those who eat my food; it is a form of giving love to others.

I showcase my products in Bulwick Village Stores, where I have a permanent tasting table. My idea is that customers should taste before they buy - in fact when customers taste
they almost invariably buy - the problem usually is that they are not sure what to choose!

The Pickled Village range now grace the shelves of Harvey Nichols, local Waitrose branches and some wonderful delis, farm shops, garden centres and gift shops throughout the UK.

After extensive trials and tasting (especially tasting), The Pickled Village is bursting to announce its new range of melt-in-the-mouth all-butter curds.

All three all-butter curds (lemon, ginger and banana) are made using free-range eggs and natural ingredients.

the Zesty Bracer - a tangy all-butter lemon curd The ultimate buttery, lemony curd - pile it onto hot rounds of toast or dollop in puff pastry tartlets with a sprinkling of icing sugar.

the Ginger Snapper - a mellow all-butter stem ginger curd. A luscious curd with stem ginger bite, it adds a mellow warmth to your morning toast. Stir a couple of spoonsful into custard for extra oomph!

the Sweet Escape - a spiced all-butter banana curd Spread on seeded toast and get carried away with the taste of the tropics. Dollop onto cheesecake or use to add glamour to bread puddings.
