For the 11th consecutive year,
Kelmarsh Country Show
is returning to historic
Kelmarsh Hall on Sunday
27th and Monday 28th
March. As the county’s
largest countrysidethemed
outdoor event,
the two-day show is set to
welcome more than 35,000 visitors
this year and boasts a comprehensive
have-a-go itinerary for the whole family
including gundog handling, clay shooting,
survival camp, field archery, airguns, fishing,
falconry and ferreting! The jam-packed
show also offers more than 200 exhibition
stands, picnic areas, a crammed Main Arena
schedule, children’s entertainment, food
festival, craft and antiques fairs and live folk
music.

The Main Arena boasts a colourful array of
demonstrations and displays, including the
hugely entertaining Lamb National Sheep
Race, which always draws huge crowds
as six Herdwick sheep tear down the track.
Brand new for 2016, Kelmarsh is welcoming
Europe’s number one stunt and trick
riding team, The Devil’s Horsemen. Their
breathtaking displays and daredevil antics
will enthrall spectators.

The Kelmarsh Country Show is
also delighted to welcome the
Spitfire Aerial Display on
each day of the event. This
really is a display not to be
missed, and you can even
enter a competition on our
website to win your very own
Spitfire experience. Plus world
champion fly fisherman Hywel Morgan
will also being delivering his talk on fishing
and casting. And finally, ferreter Brian Brinded
will be heading up the demonstration on long
netting and rabbiting!

at the free-to-enter Kelmarsh Folk Roots
Festival. Located next to the Food Festival,
where visitors can enjoy local produce and
quality food outlets, all to thigh-slapping, toetapping
live acoustic music. Back for 2016,
the Kelmarsh Country Show welcomes a fleet
of colourful hot air balloons over the stunning
grounds of Kelmarsh Hall, with around five
balloons set to grace the Northamptonshire
skyline. The aim will be to have a flight early
morning, followed by a tethered display in the
afternoon and a flight early evening, weather
and ground conditions permitting!
